OUR COMMERCIAL -- INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION REPORT
We inspect all types of investment, commercial and industrial property. These include:
- Apartment Buildings
- Older Brick Factories
- Modern Steel Buildings
- Shopping Centers
- Strip Malls
- Retail Stores
- Office Buildings
- Mixed Use Retail/Residential.
The condition of the exterior of the building, especially the roof, is determined. Roof-top mounted equipment and roof penetrations are inspected. We look for signs of previous pollution. Our attention is focused on "Do-It-Yourself" repairs, lack of or poor maintenance and conditions that need repair before you can occupy the building. Proper operation and age of heating and cooling systems is determined. We are knowledgeable about 3-phase electric power and inspect for proper wiring and hook-ups. Restaurant and retail inspections include checking the proper operation of purchased equipment if necessary.Our report separates individual units in multi-unit buildings making information easier to find in the report.
We do not inspect for conformance to State and Local Zoning regulations or the local enforced Building and Fire Codes.
Our fees are reasonable.Fees are quoted on the individual building and the anticipated time required to inspect the building and prepare your inspection report.
